“Jersey Shore” Star Snooki Has License Revoked

The roads in Italy may have just gotten a little safer.

Following a recent car accident during the filming of the fourth season of "Jersey Shore" in Florence, Italy that injured two Italian police officers, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi has had her international driver's license revoked.

Officials say this is routine for any accident that results in injuries. Snooki must wait a minimum of 15 days before she can attempt to get her license back.

The two police officers suffered only minor injuries and were not hospitalized. The official report also indicates that alcohol was not a factor in the crash. However, there remains a chance that the officers could file a civil charges against Polizzi and MTV.

After a great deal of resistance from local government and citizens that almost shut down MTV's plans for the fourth "Jersey Shore" season, filming commenced earlier this month.
