Four Candidates Join Perry's Va. Ballot Suit

Four of Rick Perry's GOP rivals joined him in his lawsuit against Virginia's Board of Elections Saturday after they all failed to qualify for the state's primary. Reuters reports Mitt Romney and Ron Paul were the only contenders who managed to submit the required 10,000 signatures to get on the ballot for the March 6 vote. Newt Gingrich, who jumped on board the lawsuit with Michele Bachmann, Rick Santorum and Jon Huntsman, called the scenario "unacceptable." Virginia voters will probably be able to vote for more than two candidates -- the state's attorney general, Ken Cuccinelli, told Fox News he'll file emergency legislation to loosen the requirements to be included on the ballot.
