FBI: 105 Teens Rescued in Sex-Trafficking Raids

More than 100 teenagers who were victims of sex trafficking and commercial exploitation were rescued over the weekend in coordinated raids across more than 70 cities, the FBI said on Monday. The age of the victims ranged from 13 to 16 years old, the agency said. The raids led to the arrests of 150 "pimps," said Ronald Hosko, assistant director of the FBI’s criminal investigative division. Operation Cross Country marks the FBI's largest action to date focusing on the recovery of sexually exploited children and took law enforcement agencies to streets, motels, casinos and social medial platforms, Hosko said.
