A family trying to take a photo plummeted 10 feet to the ground, injuring 14 of them, after a deck collapsed in North Carolina, Emerald Isle Fire Chief Bill Walker said. Walker said three or four people suffered what he described as critical injuries in the collapse at a house that was raised on pilings. "They were taking a family photo at the time of the deck collapse," Walker said.
