Besides winning "American Idol," nothing screams "I made it in Hollywood" more than buying a house with a perfect vantage point of the Hollywood sign. Perhaps, reality show luck will come to the next owner of this Tinseltown spread.

The home is super dog friendly. In fact, you're looking at a custom (yep, custom!) designed dog yard.

Wood flooring runs throughout most of the "America Idol" winner's former digs. And, the open floor plan is merely accented by the high-pitched ceilings on the street-floor level of the L.A. house.

Like the living room, the dining room and open kitchen area boast a bevy of expansive glass windows and sliders to the deck. If this home is lacking anything, it certainly isn't sunlight.

The master suite is located on its own middle level. Judging by this listing photo, it looks like Cook enjoyed some indoor cardio on the treadmill.

The crown jewel of this pad? It's the Pilchner Schoustal professionally designed recording studio. If you're not as musically inclined as Cook himself, then this room could easily be converted into a home theater.
