Eating out tonight? Chick-fil-A and Texas Roadhouse are two of America's most popular spots, according to a survey from the American Customer Satisfaction Index released Tuesday. Texas Roadhouse led the full-service restaurant category with a satisfaction score of 83 out of 100 points, narrowly beating out competitor LongHorn Steakhouse. Chick-fil-A was the runaway favorite among fast-food restaurants with a satisfaction rating of 86 — the highest ever recorded by a fast-food restaurant. The popular chicken spot was a rare bright spot for the fast-food industry, as many of the most familiar names — especially McDonald's — dropped several points in this year's result.
