If you bought a “Lucky Day Lotto” ticket recently, you may want to check your numbers.
According to the Illinois Lottery, a winning ticket for the drawing was sold at a gas station in Chicago Ridge for Wednesday’s drawing. The lucky winner of the ticket will receive $100,000, according to the Lottery, and has one year to turn it in.
The winning ticket matched all five numbers – 8 – 23 – 37 – 39 – 44 to win the prize.
The gas station, Thornton’s at 10559 South Harlem Avenue, will also receive a $1000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
