If you’re dreaming of a new car, you might also want to dream of a (very) white Christmas.
Fox Valley Auto Group has announced that anyone who buys a new or pre-owned car Friday or Saturday will get their car free if it snows four inches or more on Christmas Day.
The content includes vehicles purchased at one of three suburban dealerships: The Fox Valley Volkswagen St. Charles, Fox Valley Volkswagen Schaumburg, Fox Valley Buick GMC St. Charles.
In addition, for every person who joins the promotion, the company will donate $100 to one of a number of charities including, the Salvation Army, Northern Illinois Food Bank, Lazarus House, Fox Valley Christian Action, Habitat for Humanity and Cal’s Angels.
Should any snow fall on between 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. on Dec. 25, it will be measured from O’Hare International Airport with data on official totals coming from Weather Analytics.
While the forecast for the holiday remains uncertain, it’s clear many will be shouting "let it snow" this Christmas.
