What to Watch in Saturday's Bears Game

The Bears will take Soldier Field for their second pre-season game, the last one at home. Whether you are watching from your seats at Soldier Field or from the comforts of home, here are the five things to look for.

Hey, Jay Cutler: With last week's downpour, the Bears kept Jay Cutler off the field. Considering the field conditions, it was a smart move. The forecast for Saturday is sunny and high 70s. Cutler, Julius Peppers and Matt Forte should take the field for the first time.

Has the offensive line improved? Even with first-stringer J'Marcus Webb in for most of the game, the Bears gave up six sacks against the Broncos. Pre-season or not, that's not a stat that will please the coaching staff. But did they get better over the week? Watch and find out.

What kind of an effect will Robert Griffin III have on his team? RGIII is riding quite the hype train, and the Bears will get to see him up close. He threw just six passes in the Redskins pre-season opening win. One was for the only touchdown in the game. See if he is worth the hype.

How the Bears play with the defensive line: During training camp, they moved israel Idonije inside and put Shea McClellin on the end. See if this line-up sticks.

The first-string defense without Urlacher:
He didn't play last week, but neither did Peppers. Checking out the Bears early in the game should give an idea of what life is like without Urlacher, if his injury should keep him out past the season opener.
