When the Bears meet the Houston Texans on Sunday night, it will be like looking into a mirror. Both teams are 7-1 and led by strong defenses. Here's what else you need to know about the team:

Defense! Defense: The Bears have the second-best defense in the NFL, allowing just 15 points per game. The Texans aren't far behind, ranking third and allowing 17.1 points per game. They're really good at stopping the run, allowing just 81.9 yards per game. They've also compiled 25 sacks. While they don't force turnovers like the Bears, they are really good at keeping their opponents from getting anywhere near the end zone.

Pay attention to J.J. "Swatt:" The Wisconsin native and collegiate teammate of Gabe Carimi has made ripples in the NFL this year with his ability to rattle quarterbacks. Watt has 10 broken up passes and 10.5 sacks, and is a major reason the Texans defense has been so successful.

Foster the People: Arian Foster is more than just a Twitter star, though his account is well worth your follow. With 770 yards, he is averaging just under 100 yards per game. If Charles Tillman or any of the Bears force him to fumble, it will be the first time this season.

Sticky hands: The Texans are really, really good at holding onto the ball. Foster hasn't fumbled. In fact, the team only made six turnovers this season.

Sharing the wealth: Quarterback Matt Schaub spreads the ball around to his receivers. The Texans have four receivers who regularly get the ball, led by Andre Johnson. After injuries hampered his last two seasons, Johnson has 42 catches for 562 yards.
