West Town Restaurant Offers Odd Bits Menu

Monday nights reserved for marrow and fried pig tongues

Picky eaters need not apply.

Frontier restaurant is dedicating Monday nights to those with an adventurous palatte this May by offering an Odd Bits Menu -- rotating specialty dishes with ingredients you don't typically see, much less eat.

Buffalo fried pig tongues anyone? If that sounds delicious to you, head to the West Town hot spot on May 14th, and dig into the southern delicacy, served with watercress salad, house ranch and spicy buffalo sauce.

On May 21st, go Jamaican with the Jerked Oxtail with a side of rice and peas and stewed cabbage.

And the last Monday of the month brings Bison Marrow served with bourbon onion jam and crostini.

Chef Brian Jupiter has already earned a reputation for mixing unique proteins with seasonal ingredients, and the rest of the standard menu will also be available each night, along with industry and student drinks specials.
