United States Women’s National Team head coach Jill Ellis will make her final appearance as the club’s leader at a friendly match at Chicago’s Soldier Field in early October, the U.S. Soccer Federation announced Thursday.
Ellis, who led the United States to Women’s World Cup championships in 2015 and 2019, will make her 132nd and final appearance for the squad when they take on Korea in a friendly match at Soldier Field Oct. 6.
