Chicago marathoners will find Donald Trump's downtown hotel transform into a "runners' oasis" for the 2015 race, hotel officials announced Monday.
Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago has invited marathon runners to stay with them to take advantage of special amenities tailored just for the Oct. 11 race.
During the weekend of the marathon, the hotel lobby will feature a prep station with Gatorade, Cocotein water, bananas and granola bars. Delivered straight to the guests' rooms, runners will also receive a Trump sports bag, soothing bath salts and more runner snacks.
The hotel will also provide transportation to Grant Park for guests and spectators between 5:30 a.m. and 7 a.m. on Oct. 11.
When runners return to the hotel after the marathon, they can take advantage of the hotel's spa, which will offer special 90- or 120-minute massages designed to "heal the body, soothe overworked muscles and renew the spirit."
