Not the long-haired romance book hero, but rather "Top Chef" alumnus Fabio Viviani who plans to open a Chicago restaurant in late 2013, according to Eater Chicago.
Viviani is teaming up with the owners of Public House and Bull & Bear for the River North Italian concept.
A space has already been identified, but has not been revealed.
Viviani told Eater that he wants to do "simple food" and isn't "planning to reinvent anything."
