FREE FLICKS: The Chicago International Film Festival will be screening movies at the Chicago Cultural Center all summer long, starting tonight through Sept. 24. The program spotlights a film representing a different country's national cinema every Wednesday evening and select Saturday afternoons for 21 consecutive weeks. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to theater capacity.
