GROOVE PARTY: Chicago's best dance troupes will be out in full force tonight for the Carnival Choreographer's Ball at Joe's on Weed Street. RAINING MEN: This month's Divo Series goes down tonight at the House of Blues Foundation Room. The networking mixer honors influential men in media, marketing, sports, fashion and more. HANDLE THIS: Chelsea Handler, best-selling author, comedian and host of the late night talk show "Chelsea Lately," will appear at Macy’s on State Street to meet and greet fans and sign copies of her new book "Lies Chelsea Handler Told Me." The event goes down before Handler's show at the Chicago Theatre. You must purchase the book at Macy's or a Barbara’s Bookstore location in order to get it signed. The event is limited to the first 500 copies, or else Chelsea's hand will start to cramp. 5 p.m., 111 N. State St (lower level)
