The Chicago Blackhawks had another banner year in 2015, as they won their third Stanley Cup championship in six seasons, and that success on the ice translated into yet another victory off of it.

That’s because the Blackhawks not only had the top-selling jersey in the NHL in 2015, but they nailed down the top two spots on the list. Jonathan Toews ended up finishing at the top of the heap during the calendar year, and teammate Patrick Kane was ranked second, according to data the NHL released on Friday morning.

New York Rangers goaltender Henrik Lundqvist ranked third, Washington Capitals winger Alex Ovechkin was fourth, and Pittsburgh Penguins center Sidney Crosby rounded out the top five.

It was a big year for both Kane and Toews, who saw lucrative new contract extensions kick in before the 2015-16 season began. Both players signed eight-year deals with the Blackhawks that will pay them $10.5 million per season, so as more fans don their jerseys, they’ll continue to hear the cash register ring because of their quality play.
