A new ranking reveals the ‘2019 Best Colleges in Illinois.’
According to Niche, the ranking is “based on rigorous analysis of academic, admissions, financial, and student life data from the U.S. Department of Education along with millions of reviews from students and alumni.”
Northwestern University topped the list, followed by the University of Chicago, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and Wheaton College.
The site, which prides itself in connecting people to their future schools, neighborhoods and workplaces, states that the ranking compares more than 1,000 top colleges and universities in the country.
