A suburban pizza delivery driver has been reunited with his wedding ring after he lost it while on the job Friday night.
The delivery driver lost the ring while delivering pizzas in frigid temperatures on Friday night. The man lost the ring in a snow bank, and when he contacted police for help, the Bartlett Police Department sprang into action.
Two officers, with the aid of a metal detector, helped the driver look for the ring on Saturday, and they ended up finding it to brin the story to a happy ending.
It’s a good thing that the ring was found this weekend, as a heavy snowstorm is going to blanket the area in as much as eight inches of snow over the next two days.
