Snow days or snow week?
As snow days continue to pile up in the Chicago area, so are snowfall totals.
By Tuesday morning, some locations had already seen nearly a half-foot of snow and more was on the way for the evening hours.

Light snow is projected to develop in the far western counties after rush hour and spread east across the rest of the area by late evening. [[273569591, C]]
Whatever snow the area may get Tuesday night will taper off by dawn on Wednesday morning, likely leaving behind somewhere between 1 and 3 inches of accumulation.
