A Severe Thunderstorm Warning was issued for portions of northern Indiana until 8 p.m. Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service.
The warning covers portions of LaPorte and St. Joseph counties in Indiana, as well as Berrien County in Michigan, and will last until 8 p.m. CT (9 p.m. ET).
The storms, which are moving east at 25 mph, could pack wind gusts of up to 60 mph and quarter size hail, according to the forecast models.
