Secret Blago Wiretaps Will Stay Sealed: Judge

Blagojevich's trial set for next June

Judge James B. Zagel opted to keep most of the much-talked-about sealed wiretap tapes and documents from former Gov. Rod Blagojevich's corruption case sealed.

CNN, ABC and WLS-TV had asked the court to release the FBI wiretap tapes that led to the December arrest of Blagojevich for allegedly trying to sell President Barack Obama's senate seat to the highest bidder. But Zagel said that he will deny most, but not all, of the requests.

That means news organizations who want to hear the juicy stuff from those conversations will have to wait until after the deposed governor's June trial.

It's unclear what the judge will allow to be released. Zagel will publish his decision on Thursday afternoon.
