A man has been breaking into homes while residents are sleeping on Chicago’s North Side, and his crimes have several neighborhoods on edge.
According to Chicago police, the man has broken into at least three homes in the past two weeks. All three of the homes were on the city’s North Side, with residences on Jansen, Kenmore, and Lincoln Avenues between Fullerton and Diversey being burglarized.
Police released surveillance footage of the suspect, who breaks into people’s homes in the middle of the night and steals valuables while they sleep.
Residents are being urged to keep their doors and windows locked, and are being asked to call police to report any suspicious activity.
