A patient at Weiss Memorial Hospital says she was fondled by a hospital employee Thursday night.
The woman, believed to be in her 50s, told police that she awoke from sedation to find the employee touching her inappropriately.
The woman claims the assault happened while she was an emergency room patient.
A Town Hall District officer confirmed the report, saying the woman was sedated, and when she woke up a man was fondling her.
Police have not taken anyone into custody for the incident.
The woman was in good condition, police said.
