Police Search for Man in Connection with Fatal Suburban Shooting

The man was last seen driving a 2000 Chevy Malibu and is considered to be armed and dangerous

A $3 million arrest warrant has been issued to a Chicago Heights man in connection with a Saturday night homicide in northwest suburban Round Lake Beach.

The warrant was issued to Jeremy Anderson, 36, for two counts of first degree murder, according to a statement from the Round Lake Beach Police Department. Anderson shot and killed a 31-year-old man in a domestic dispute at about 9:10 p.m. in the 1400 block of Idlewild Drive, police said.

The 31-year-old was taken to Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, where he was later pronounced dead, police said.

Anderson was last seen driving a 2000 four-door Chevy Malibu with the Illinois license plate number of V128881, police said. He is considered to be armed and dangerous.
