A celebrity fan page on Instagram pointed out the “uncanny” resemblance between a Disney star slated to play Jeffrey Dahmer in a film based on a graphic novel about the notorious Wisconsin serial killer’s high school days.
It was announced in July that Ross Lynch, star of Disney’s “Teen Beach,” was cast as the lead role in the film “My Friend Dahmer,” based on the graphic novel of the same name, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
“It’s pretty uncanny how similar they look,” the Instagram post of a side-by-side photo of Dahmer and Lynch reads.
Dahmer, who was known as the Milwaukee Cannibal, murdered 17 people from the 1970s to the 1990’s and was killed in prison in 1994.
