A Lakeview restaurant is taking a unique approach to attracting New Year's Eve customers.
Fish Bar is offering up the entire restaurant to the highest bidder who wants to ring in the new year with up to 50 of their closest friends.
The auction is live on eBay with a starting bid of $5,000 and ends at midnight November 30.
The winner takes over the restaurant from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. and gets access to the sound system, a choice between two seafood-heavy menus and a beer, wine and spirits open bar.
And in case the price seems a bit too steep, consider last year's auction was sold for the minimum $5,000. That's $100 a head, a relative deal when you consider the price of most New Year's Eve parties.
Now all you have to do is find 49 friends.
