Chicago's O'Hare International airport was listed as the most dangerous airport in the country, according to a new report.

Travel and Leisure magazine ranked the airport based on near collisions and runway incidents.

According to the report, there were 75 close calls at O'Hare during the past five years.

One of the incidents happened back in 2006, when a United Airlines 737 jet reportedly almost crashed into another plane on the tarmac before takeoff.

Cleveland Hopkins Airport came in second place, with a total of 45 runway incidents followed by Los Angeles International and San Francisco International.

Chicago's Midway airport was ranked 11th.
