Nine men and a dog are safe after Chicago Police rescued them from a sinking boat Sunday night in Lake Michigan.
The victims called for help when their boat started sinking around 10:30 p.m. near Diversey Harbor, according to the Chicago Tribune. They shot off a flare so rescuers could find them.
They were pulled to safety and were not injured, but their boat sank.
