The leaves are turning red and yellow soon (though you wouldn’t know it from the sunny weather), but you can stay “green.” The eco-friendly company Method is setting up shop in Lincoln Park through October 12.
If the name sounds familiar, you’ve probably seen their toxin-free home care products at your local Target. However, this temporary store (2034 N Halsted St) will carry the entire product line, which includes items like air fresheners, laundry detergents and softeners, dish soaps, hand soaps, toilet cleaners, and more. The store also features the company’s new book, Squeaky Clean, an informative guide on how to keep your house clean of dirt without nasty chemicals.
You probably won’t want to do much cleaning inside the house while the weather’s so oddly nice this week. However, while you’re out enjoying the warm temperatures, you can stop in and pick up a few things for a later, colder day.
