Viator Coffee began in 2018 as a mobile coffee and espresso bar, providing high-end coffee for weddings, schools, offices, tradeshows and more. The business steadily grew and opened its first brick-and-mortar store in the hear of downtown Elgin in September 2020. While the downtown Elgin location serves a wide variety of beverages and made-from-scratch baked goods and pastries, Viator Coffee still utilizes their mobile coffee car to cater events across the Chicago area. The company's recent collaboration with Cafely brings to the market a new blend of instant coffee called Dalat OG, straight from the farms of Vietnam, but roasted in Las Vegas!
