Looking for love? Navy Pier wants to help. The lakefront attraction will host a speed dating event, called "Spinning with Singles," on Wednesday in honor of Sweetest Day.
This mixer allows guests to meet and mingle with others as they ride Navy Pier's iconic Centennial Wheel. Three or four couples will get inside an enclosed, climate-controlled gondola and have a full rotation to socialize before moving on to the next gondola.
After the wheel, visitors will board Chicago Elite, a private yacht, for a reception to continue mingling.
The party includes an open bar, hors d'oeuvres and music by DJ LoveBug. At the end of the event, guests receive a special package of exclusive offers to Navy Pier's attractions.
"Spinning with Singles" begins check-in at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. Participants must be 21 years or older to attend. Tickets cost $50 and attendees can register online.
