‘It's So Unfair': Mother Speaks Out After Daughter Found Dead, Bound in Tub

“I will have a peace of mind. My grand kids will have a peace of mind," she said. "To know that he’s not out here and he can’t do this to nobody else."

Holding on to a photo of her daughter Thursday, Pamela Boler begged police to find the person who killed her.

"He left my grandsons without a mom and it’s not fair," she said.

Pamela went to her daughter Robin’s home in the 1500 block of West 78th Street on Aug. 5 to check on her after not hearing from her for a few days.

"Her door was unlocked," she said. "I went in there, searched the house."

The bathroom door was shut. Inside is where Pamela found her 32-year-old daughter's body.

"In the tub with her hands tied to her back... with her hands tied to her back and it’s so unfair, it’s so unfair," Pamela said.

Robin's hands and feet were bound together, and she was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. Detectives were investigating the death as a homicide, officials said.

Police do not have anyone in custody. Two weeks after he daughter’s death, Pamela says she’s only hearing silence.

Detectives say they’re still investigating.

Her focus is now on burying her daughter and caring for the two young boys.

"Now my grand kids will have to go to counselling," Pamela said. "We all have to go to counselling."

She says she will not give up on getting justice and getting the person who did this to her daughter behind bars.

“I will have a peace of mind. My grand kids will have a peace of mind," she said. "To know that he’s not out here and he can’t do this to nobody else."
