Did Mike Ditka Let One Rip on Live TV?

The Internet immediately picked up on an on-air faux pas on ESPN, and fingers quickly pointed to Ditka

Legendary Bears coach Mike Ditka raised some eyebrows during ESPN's "Monday Night Countdown" when a noise that social media claimed sounded very much like flatulence interrupted the broadcast.

Ditka was discussing the Giants-Eagles game with analyst Chris Carter and host Chris Berman when the sound rang out, prompting Carter to stop for a moment and look at Ditka with a stare that seemed to say, "I know you did it."

The Internet immediately picked up on the on-air faux pas, and fingers quickly pointed to Ditka. The coach, however, denied it was him.

"It wasn't me," Ditka told the Chicago Sun-Times. "Believe me, I'm to the point in my life where it doesn't matter. One day I'll be happy if I can leave a fart. Right now, it wasn't me. I don't care what they think. They can think anything they want."
