A Metra train struck and killed a motorcyclist early Friday in Orland Park, police said.
It happened about 12:45 a.m. near 175th Street and Wolf Road. The southwest service outbound train was heading toward the stop at 179th Street when it collided with the motorcycle.
The outbound train resumed its route after an 80-minute delay.
Nobody else was injured in the accident, police said.
