Wisconsin Spa Shooting Suspect Found Dead of Self Inflicted Gun Shot

The man suspected of killing 3 people and injuring four when he opened fire inside a spa in suburban Milwaukee, Wisconsin was found dead of a self inflicted gun shot.

Brookfield police believe the shooting may have been related to a domestic dispute between the suspect, 45-year-old Radcliffe Haughton, and his estranged wife.

After the shooting at 11 a.m. Sunday morning, police locked down the Brookfield Square Mall, a country club and other buildings near across the Azana Day Spa while they searched for Haughton.

During the search police discovered an explosive inside the spa.

"...we believe we have identified what's being described as an improvised explosive device," said Brookfield Police Chief Dan Tushaus.  A Milwaukee bomb squad was called in to handle the device.

It was the second mass shooting in Wisconsin this year. Wade Michael Page, a 40-year-old Army veteran and white supremacist, killed six people and injured three others before fatally shooting himself Aug. 5 at a Sikh temple south of Milwaukee.
