A Chicago man is facing felony charges after he allegedly filmed a teen girl and a woman changing in a suburban dressing room.
The incident occurred at a Kohl’s location in Lemont, according to authorities. A 17-year-old girl was in the changing room when she allegedly noticed Christopher Polansky recording video of her.
Polansky allegedly held his phone under the dressing room door, and admitted to recording the girl when questioned by authorities. He also admitted to recording another woman earlier in the day.
In a court appearance over the weekend, a judge barred Polansky from using the internet, and from having any contact with the victims in the case.
