A six-bedroom, two-story mansion in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood just sold for the highest sale price in Chicago since last year.
The 8,000-square-foot home, which was completed in 2013, according to its listing, has sold for $11.9 million. It was initially listed earlier this month for $12.95 million.
The sale price, the Chicago Tribune reports, is the highest price for a house inside city limits since philanthropist Ann Lurie sold her mansion to the Latin School in 2017 for $12 million.
The Lincoln Park stunner encompasses three oversized city lots and includes a 39-foot terrace, grilling area, chef’s kitchen, and more. According to its listing, the mansion was “classically designed by BGD&C.”
It was not immediately known who the buyer was.
