Security cameras from a Lincoln Park store recorded a bold early-morning smash and grab robbery.
Video shows a man or boy on a bike with a wire basket at about 2:45 Monday morning outside the Tech Central store, at 2500 N. Halsted St.
A rock was thrown through the window and the robber can be seen reaching in and grabbing a laptop before taking off south on Halsted.
Area 3 Detectives are investigating. Anyone with information should call Chicago police.
