Lauryn Hill will be in Chicago days before potentially going to jail on tax evasion charges. She'll perform at the Congress Theatre along with rapper Nas on November 14.

The singer pleaded guilty to three counts of tax evasion earlier this year, and her sentencing was moved to November 27 so she could make arrangements to pay the taxes on $1.5 million in earnings she failed to report for three years over the past decade.

Hill could face up to three years in jail, although she's been cooperating with authorities.

Tickets are $49.50 for the 17+ show.

Hill was also in the news this week after former bandmate Wyclef Jean claimed in his new autobiography that he was mistakenly led to believe that Lauryn Hill's first child was his.

Hill has been mostly reclusive over the past decade following the mainstream success of The Fugees and a Grammy-winning solo album.
