Teen pop sensation Justin Bieber is bringing his North American "Believe Tour" to Rosemont's Allstate Arena for two shows on October 23-24.
Tickets will be available on May 23 exclusively for Beiber's fan club members. American Express card holders can purchase tickets May 24-31 and general public sales begin June 2.
Fellow Canadian singer-songwriter Carly Rae Jepsen will open for Bieber on the tour.
