It's Not Over: What Else Do Bears Need in Draft?

Though the Bears got their man in the first round of the draft, there are still five rounds to go, and the team still has plenty of needs. Who else could the Bears still target over the weekend?

Defensive tackle: With Tommie Harris gone, the Bears need a tackle to take his place. Look for them to fill this need around the second or third rounds.

Center with potential: Though the Bears are open to moving Chris Williams to center, they could use a true center to learn about the NFL game from 14-year veteran Olin Kreutz. Expect them to use their third or fourth-round draft pick on another lineman.

Not a wide receiver: In interviews this week, Jerry Angelo said that he has no interest in picking up another wide receiver in this draft. But that might just be Jerry trying to keep us on our toes.

Linebacker: Lance Briggs and Brian Urlacher are no spring chickens, and the Bears will likely have to choose between Pisa Tinoisamoa or Nick Roach. They had to take a hit at LB early in the season when Hunter Hillenmeyer was put on IR because of concussion-related issues. They need depth at LB. Considering they picked up Briggs in the fourth round, they'll be on the lookout for another diamond in the rough.

: The front office flub that nearly cost the Ravens their chosen player will not be forgotten. The league will look into the problem, and the Bears will need to play extra-nice with the other teams to keep their reputation clean.
