The Chicago Tribune invites Illinois residents to get a better look at their local schools.
The newspaper has created a search engine that let's readers get detailed information about schools across the state.
The statistic presented indicate that dozens of schools don't make the grade, as outlined in the "No Child Left Behind" initiative. In fact, there are hundreds of students who appear to have been left far behind by the education that's available to them.
The Tribune also has a quiz for readers who want to see how they stack up against 3rd-, 4th- and 5th-graders in Illinois.
