Missing Chicago Infant Still May Be With Mother, Police Say

A 3-month-old girl who was reported missing last from the Lawndale neighborhood on the Southwest Side may be with her mother, authorities and family members say.

Royalty Wolf and her mother, 24-year-old Mikequera Randolph, were last seen near the 1500 block of South Avers Avenue, according to an alert from Chicago police. The child may be in danger.

Julianne Neely, who fosters Royalty’s oldest sibling, says she’s speaking on behalf of the missing little girl’s foster family.

She said she hopes Royalty and her mother, Mikequera Randolph, are found safe.

The Department of Child and Family Services confirmed that Royalty had been in its custody since April.

Royalty was last seen wearing pink pajamas, while Randolph was last seen wearing blue jeans and a pink shirt, police said.

Randolph is known to frequent the area around the intersection of Pulaski Road and Ferdinand Street, police said.

NBC 5 Investigates found that Randolph has multiple convictions on robbery and drug charges.

The foster family has reached out to the Missing Persons Network to keep Royalty’s name in the public eye.

Anyone with information about Wolf’s whereabouts should call 911 or Area Central SVU at (312) 747-8380.
