The inbound lanes of the Dan Ryan Expressway were closed due to police activity Monday evening on the city's South Side.
Details about what prompted the closure weren't immediately available, however the Chicago Office of Emergency Management and Communications said on Facebook that all inbound lanes were closed at 87th Street due to Illinois State Police activity.
