Illinois State Police were investigating a shooting near 18th Street on I-94 Friday afternoon.
The shooting occurred about 3:45 p.m., state police said. Police say no one was injured.
State police were questioning a person of interest and the investigation remained ongoing.
Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call ISP at 847-294-4400.
No other information was immediately available.
