Unclaimed Lucky Day Lotto Ticket to Expire

A winning lottery ticket worth more than $162,000 sold in northwest suburban Des Plaines was still unclaimed Tuesday and will soon expire.

The winning Lucky Day Lotto ticket, sold Feb. 21, 2013 at a 7-Eleven store on East Oakton Street in Des Plaines, matched the winning numbers — 11 – 15 – 20 – 27 – 33 — and is worth $162,500, according to a release from the Illinois Lottery.

Players have one year from the original drawing date to claim their prize, meaning the winner has fewer than three weeks to claim their prize.

Prizes worth more than $600 can be claimed at Lottery prize centers in Chicago, Des Plaines, Springfield, Rockford and Fairview Heights, according to the Illinois Lottery.
