The Chicago Blackhawks haven’t gotten a lot of positive injury news recently, but on Sunday night they’ll have two important players back as they take on the Edmonton Oilers at the United Center.

The first and biggest player that will be back on the ice for Chicago is Marian Hossa, who has missed the team’s last three games with a lower body injury. The team limped to a 1-1-1 record without Hossa in the lineup, but he’s back and ready to go as the Hawks prepare to battle the Oilers.

The Blackhawks will also have Artem Anisimov in the lineup after he was forced to leave Friday’s game against the New Jersey Devils with a lower body injury. The center is critical to the Blackhawks’ depth up the middle this season, and he will be back with the second line for the team Sunday.

The Hawks also got some good news on defenseman Duncan Keith, who has been out of the lineup after undergoing surgery on a torn meniscus. The defenseman has begun skating with the team, and he is potentially targeting a return to the lineup when they embark on their annual circus road trip later this month.
