A Berwyn man has been arrested after allegedly trying to to carry a loaded weapon onto a plane at O'Hare International Airport -- the second such incident in recent days, CBS-Ch. 2 is reporting.
Rodolfo Duarte, 27, was charged with boarding an aircraft with a weapon, one that police said was a loaded, "homemade" firearm. One bullet was in the chamber and another outside.
