Not everyone who gets successful in Chicago leaves for the coasts. The Tribune is reporting that online food-ordering service GrubHub has grown so much it needs to forego its Webster and Elston avenues for office for new digs in the Burnham Center in the Loop -- that's 11 W. Washington St., if you don't spend that much time down there. It'll take up the building's top three floors.

The move is slated to take place in September, and GrubHub's 250 employees will occupy 59,463 square feet of space. Also, bear in mind that GrubHub isn't just here -- it's in 300 cities nationwide.

See? Groupon isn't the only company that needs to rejigger its office-space situation from time to time.
